The Philosophy of our Kan and Li Acupuncture Center
With extensive experience in Eastern culture, we strive to help you understand your body as an integrated whole, composed of the solid and material (Yin), and the ethereal and energetic (Yang).
When significant imbalances occur between Yin and Yang, many warning signs appear, such as Anxiety, tension, weight gain, muscle aches, back pain, digestive difficulties, trouble sleeping, various addictions, and disorders of all kinds.
The goal of our acupuncture center is to help people understand and harmonize their own energy and become aware that the balance between these two aspects is the path to authentic health and well-being, enabling them to live a healthier and more balanced life.
About Me
Since childhood, I’ve been fascinated by everything related to Eastern culture. This curiosity led me to practice different exercises and martial arts, tools I found useful for channeling and focusing the energy that arose within me.
This path of self-discovery and discipline naturally led me to develop my practice in Kung Fu, an ancient Chinese martial art that not only allowed me to control my energy but also expand my experience with Qi, the vital force that, according to Chinese philosophy, flows through us all.
After a successful sports career, where I was able to put my skills into practice and refine them, I felt the desire and curiosity to delve even deeper into my learning. I wanted to better understand the connections between body, mind, and spirit, and how energy flows between them. That’s when I decided to study Traditional Chinese Medicine, an ancient practice that uses a variety of physical and herbal treatments to balance Qi.
Today, I dedicate myself to sharing this ancestral knowledge with others. Every day, I strive to transmit the wisdom and practices I have learned throughout my journey, with the conviction that they can benefit others as they have benefited me.
